One of the best parts about living in Michigan is that the fall looks a little something like this. I thought I’d share some fun things that we did this season. Like, weekly trips to the cider mill for sweet cider and spiced donuts. We also walked through countless antique and thrift shops. We baked up a delicious pecan pie and a pumpkin pie too, and then the pumpkin one was just so good we had to bake another. We went to a haunted forest and I practically closed my eyes through the entire thing. I tried on wedding dresses for the first time and by no means have said “yes to the dress,” yet. I’m definitely looking forward to what the rest of November brings; a small intimate wedding celebration and my new family visiting from England. And one thing’s for sure, I’m taking in all the gorgeous color on the trees before they start slowly disappearing into the beginning of winter.
