Layering A Fitted Dress

I bought this dress at H&M and before I could wear it by itself, the weather changed. I for one thing, am saying goodbye to bare legs. Nevertheless, what I love about fall and winter fashion is that it’s all about layering and pairing items together. I am obsessed with Uniqlo’s Heattech Long Sleeve T-Shirts. I have a few of them in different colors and honestly, I can’t get enough. They are so warm and comfortable, I practically wear them under everything (see here and here). As an extra layer, I added a chunky cropped knit on top. I like how the oversized shape contrasts the fitted dress. What do you think? With or without the knit?
