Now that the weather has warmed up and summer is on its way, I’m constantly craving ice cream… something sweet and cold and delicious. I’ve decided to make a healthier version of ice cream to curb my sweet tooth, using a simple recipe of just plain greek yogurt, a splash of vanilla, fresh peaches and juicy apricots.
