How was your holiday weekend? I hope it was wonderfully relaxing, and can you believe it is already the last month of the year? I sure can’t! I’m excited for what the month has left to hold… travel plans to somewhere special, family gatherings, and holiday celebrations continued.
After a long weekend of comfort food, full hearts giving thanks, hot drinks, and snuggles under the blankets… and, with the temperature dropping, I feel winter coming in full force. Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of the cold, but when it comes, there’s something extra comforting about it as I embrace it with a warm cup of hot chocolate, twinkle lights in every corner of the house, knit sweaters, and fur boots, all in light grays and pastel pinks…
December may be the month of deeps greens, rich reds, and glitter but the simplicity and romance of light grays and blush pinks are what I’m loving these days.
