
Sweet potatoes have been my go to starch throughout college. They are super easy to cut up and just pop into the oven… However, the other night I decided to add some zest to my usual plain and sweet fries… I sprinkled on some red cayenne pepper for an extra bit of spice and topped the fries with rosemary for a little hint of dewy mint… they left me finger licking!
