Yogurt Banana Bread

Today was my first day home and I decided to take full advantage of our large family kitchen. Since I was a child, my favorite thing to bake has been a warm banana bread. This time, instead of using canola oil, I’ve swapped it out for a healthier choice of greek yogurt. The greek yogurt adds just the perfect amount of tart to this traditionally sweet bread. Of course, I had to throw extra little bits of chocolate chunks and a splash of vanilla to balance out the sour yogurt. Try this recipe out and enjoy it with a warm milky cup of coffee… it is so scrumptious!

Looks delicious! I baked banana bread for the first time last weekend but it turned out a little bit too dense… I’ll try your recipe next time instead!
